This Sunday, we continue reading through Acts.  In this reading, Peter escapes from prison, and King Herod dies (rather graphically).  As we consider this story, we will be focusing on the idea of breaking free from the prisons that bind us.

This Sunday, we continue reading through Acts.  It is the story of the church in Antioch, and it brings together people who fled Jerusalem because of the cruelty of Saul WITH a transformed Saul himself who has become a spokesman for God and a missionary for the church.  So, this Sunday is about reconciliation and outreach.

This week, we look at the story of Peter's recounting of his experience in Caesarea with the Gentiles, particularly Cornelius. It is the story of a very wide table, acceptance and welcome.
